The litigation team has extensive experience as trial lawyers in both state and federal courts of North Carolina and have also represented clients in national arbitration panels and before governmental agencies.
The litigation team’s knowledge, skills and experience as trial lawyers have resulted in multimillion-dollar judgments in favor of their clients. Whether they are litigating issues related to land disputes, construction law, contract disputes, or estate / probate disputes, they give their clients’ cases their full attention and dedication to achieve the best possible outcome.

David and Carey successfully handled an appeal to the North Carolina Supreme Court for land litigation clients in 2023 involving Duke Powers authority to govern the waters and shores of Lake Norman.
